MicroJob uses an escrow-based payment system. When a freelancer submits work, the payment amount is automatically locked from the employer's Deposit Wallet. Upon approval, funds transfer instantly to the freelancer's Earned Wallet. If rejected, funds unlock back to the employer.

The Earned Wallet holds money you've earned from completed jobs. The Deposit Wallet is used by employers to post jobs and pay freelancers. You can convert between wallets with a small fee.

Payment is released instantly when the employer approves your submission. If the employer doesn't respond within the deadline, your submission is automatically approved and you receive payment.

We charge a small commission percentage on approved payments (deducted before reaching your Earned Wallet), a fee for converting Earned to Deposit credits, and optional boost fees for job visibility.

Browse available jobs from your dashboard, filter by category or location, and click "Apply" on jobs that interest you. No proposals needed — just start the task and submit your proof of work when done.

Yes! Every job posted on MicroJob is manually reviewed and verified by our admin team before going live. This ensures you only see legitimate opportunities.

Click "Post a Job," fill in the title, description, budget, worker count, proof requirements, and deadline. Your job will be reviewed by our team and published once approved.

Employers can pay a boost fee to feature their jobs in top positions. All boosted jobs rotate fairly based on boost amount and time, ensuring equal visibility.

The employer reviews your submission and can approve it, request changes, or reject it. Payment is locked during review. If approved, you get paid instantly. If no response within the deadline, auto-approval kicks in.

If an employer doesn't respond to your submission within the specified timeframe, the system automatically approves your work and releases payment. This protects freelancers from client ghosting.

Employers must provide clear reasons for rejection. If you believe a rejection was unfair, contact our support team with evidence, and we'll investigate.

Our system creates unique fingerprints for submitted screenshots to prevent duplicate submissions and ensure work authenticity across multiple jobs.
